London, UK (June 30, 2021) – Integra International is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fiato, CPA, CVA, as Board President for the AAANZ Regional Chapter (North and South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand). The election took place in May at Integra’s AAANZ Regional Conference.
Mark is the Managing Partner of Boston based Caras & Shulman, PC, a founding member of Integra International. He has more than 30 years of experience providing audit, accounting, advisory, tax planning and compliance services to privately held businesses and their owners. Clients served include construction, technology, manufacturing, distribution, professional services and healthcare. As a certified valuation analyst Mark serves a key role in the firm with a primary focus on business valuations, consulting, advisory services and strategic planning.
