CyP Auditores SpA is a full service firm with auditing, accounting services, business consulting and tax consulting.
The partners are experienced in the auditing area, IFRS and experienced in international audit companies (Deloitte Chile) for more than 20 years and handle legal regulation and taxes in Chile. The firm has 3 partners and 13 staff.
Mr. Juan Enrique González Silva – Partner
Has more than 20 years of professional experience which he has acquired in important International Auditing and Consulting Companies such as Deloitte for more than 17 years, from where he retired as Senior Audit Manager.
Mr. Cristian Enrique Zepeda Toro – Partner
Auditor Accountant, Commercial Engineer, Master in Tax Planning and Management at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standard “IFRS” at the University of Chile.
Mr Ivan Rojas Ramos – Partner
Accountant Auditor from the University of Santiago and MBA from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. With 12 years of experience in Accounting Administration, Taxation and Finance in the Enersis Holding, composed of 6 years in the Holding as Head of Accounting Administration (in the years 1988-1993) in charge of the electricity distribution subsidiaries, a period in which he also I was a participant in their internationalization process in Argentina, Peru and Brazil, assuming responsibilities in due diligence and assuming the Administration and Finance Management in Edelnor-Peru and the Accounting Administration Management in Brazil.
